One of Thai Credit Foundation main missions is supporting local community to make income, develop careers for sustainable well-being. Therefore, we held a study group activity to visit model community “Ta-khian Tia Community”, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi which is a model community of OTOP and create famous local wisdom products.

Community leaders and representatives of community members of Lam Hoei Subdistrict, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom for 12 people joined dyeing natural fabric from coconuts (ECO Print) class with experts, which is the main product in Ta-khian Tia Community, Chonburi. After that, they practiced making soap from natural ingredients such as herb plants within the community as a main ingredients.

After finished activity, everyone are inspired to use their new skill to develop their local wisdom products to create careers in the Lam Hoei Subdistrict community. In the future, the community will set up as a community enterprise to build more sustainable.
